FAQs

Print Information

To guarantee the high quality of our prints, we use a professional printing lab who use only high resolution printers with UltraChrome K3 pigment inks with a life expectancy of >75yrs. Our prints are printed on professional fine art matte or metallic papers which are museum-grade archival quality and have been developed to address the need for continued longevity and accurate colour representation.

After printing, your photograph will be hand signed and assigned a unique image reference prior to delivery or framing. Please contact us if you would like your print on alternative media or paper types, have a specific preference of paper type or if you do not wish for your image to be signed.

All reasonable efforts are made to accurately show the finished photograph in the online gallery. This includes 'soft proofing' and manual adjustment of individual images on a colour calibrated monitor prior to printing. Due to the low colour gamut of the web, differences in individual uncalibrated monitors and the backlit nature of monitors compared to prints, the final product may vary slightly from the online image.

For copyright protection purposes, all online images are low resolution and may be watermarked. We are confident you will not be disappointed with your high-resolution print.
